Overview - Who are we?

British Pub working alongside husband-and-wife owner/managers from London

7 days a week operation 40/60 drink/food split.

4 main areas:

  • Pub capacity >400 party 60 dining 80 borrel
  • Orangerie 36 seat dining
  • Zaal/Games room - 4 Duck Pin bowling lanes, air hockey, pool table and football table.
  • Terrace 100+ capacity

Individual Qualities - What are we looking for?

  • Languages: Both English and Dutch
  • Decent level of horeca experience
  • Excellent people skills
  • Knowledge of food and drink
  • Driven to progress incl. on job training/courses
  • Kitchen experience (not essential)
  • Social license
  • BHV (preferred)

Responsibilities – what do we expect from you/ to do?

  • Working day/hr 5 days a week 38 hrs
  • Day to day service and operations
  • Team leadership
  • Events planning
  • Ordering and stock management
  • Cash handling
  • Recruitment and training
  • Holiday cover
  • Rostering
  • Guest care and satisfaction
  • Basic marketing
  • Contributing to growth and direction of business
